Do your products come in a variety of shapes and sizes? Polyethylene film is a strong, flexible material that marries perfectly to the most varied shapes.

Heat-sealed packaging is very suitable for this type of product, as it holds the product firm in its cardboard or foam cushioning.

There is an additional advantage in using a side cutting unit: it uses the same polyethylene film roll to package different products. A saving in space and time highly appreciated by manufacturers!

Heat-sealed packaging production line :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. The products then pass through a shrink tunnel; at the exit the excess film on the side is pasted against the product to seal it hermetically.

Heat-sealed packaging production line with side cutting :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. The excess film on the side is cut off automatically before the products enter the shrink tunnel. The advantage of this line is its tremendous flexibility, as the same line can be used for several product formats.

Sealed, not shrunk packaging production line :
a sleeve wrapping machine envelopes the products and seals the film at the front and the rear. A side sealing unit seals both sides.
